I enjoyed last week!  I think we are on the way to one of the best year's of music for CMSC.  I am very impressed with all choruses this year.  Yes...some of us have a lot of work to do, but I think with time, we are all going to be on the straight and narrow path to great musicianship.  Keep it up!

HEY ALL!  I hope everybody is enjoying your day off.  It's Labor Day...it looks like we'd all be working today...hmm.  Anyway, I just wanted to remind you about your fundraising opportunities.  Remember, if you sell 5 items by tomorrow, you will get your choice of candy.  I went to SAMS yesterday and loaded up on the good stuff.  I just wanted to remind you.  Don't forget...you have to show me your order form, so don't leave it at home.

Hey...I don't know about ya'll, but I had fun today.  I think it's pretty safe to say that most of you aren't very good when it comes to aiming at a target.  I can't believe how long it took class 7-4...WOW!  Oh well, regardless, it was fun.  Thanks for giving your your attention to Mr. Carol today.  I think this year's fundraiser will be a huge success!  Cya tomorrow!

Saturday morning here...I hope you enjoyed your second week.  I am very impressed with the number of students logging on to both the website and CHARMS.  GREAT JOB!  I also hope you enjoyed your reward yesterday.  I love the idea of having a points system.  We will be taking advantage of that system a lot this year.  Oh well...enjoy your weekdend!

All Medical/Travel Forms are due today!  If you've turned the form in by the end of the day today, you will receive 10 points!  Also, if you complete your CHARMS personal info by Friday, you will receive 10 additional points.  Now...I've been telling you that you could earn more points, but I haven't told you how.  Well, I'm trying to find creative ways to encourage visits to this site and the CHARMS site.  So, if you leave a comment on this post by Friday, you will receive 5 addtional points.  All students with 20 points will receive a reward, but those students with 25 points will receive something in addition to that reward!  So, leave a comment!

Hey EVERYBODY!  It's been a good weekend for me, and I hope its been a good for you too.  I've been sitting here editing photos for about 3 hours and my eyes needed a little break, so I thought I'd say hey.  I'm looking forward to the second week.  We've almost got all of the "first week of school" stuff behind us.  I've had 138 of you log in to your CHARMS account and edit your info...that's GREAT!  Remember...try to have all of this up-to-date by Friday in order to receive points for having done it.  And...be listening and logging on to see how you can earn additional points.  I may say it in class, or I may say it online...only time will tell!  

What a great week...I really enjoyed being back in class with everybody.  I think we have a lot to look forward to this year.  I was very encouraged by the 8th grade this week.  They may be going to step it up and make some really cool stuff happen!  I hope all of you come in ready to work next week.  We'll tackle All-State prep and much more!  Have a good weekend!

So far so good...I think it's been a good start to the new year. We have some work to do in order to get us where we need to be, but that's what we do, so we're good.  Also, I just looked at Charms and we've had almost 100 people log in to their account today.  THAT'S GREAT!  I'll see you on day three.

It was a great first day!  I hope lots of you took the opportunity to go home and check out this site.  I'm working on setting up the remaining CHARMS accounts now, so maybe everyone will have access tomorrow.  Don't forget to check out that new roller coaster at Universal Studios.  I can't wait!
